Three bracelets. One decision.
Left wrist or right — the only rule
The left wrist receives. The right wrist gives. That's the whole tradition, it's consistent across most of the practices that have an opinion, and it's genuinely useful as a way to decide.
So: a stone you want to take something in from — calm, grounding, patience — goes left. A stone whose quality you want to put out into the day — confidence, warmth, protection for the people around you — goes right. Wear stacks on both and you've covered it. Nobody is grading this.
How to build a stack that isn't just beads
Three is the number that works. Two looks accidental, four starts sliding up your forearm. Within a stack of three, the reliable structure is:
- One anchor — a dark grounding stone. Black tourmaline, hematite, smoky quartz, obsidian. This is the one holding the stack down, visually and otherwise.
- One intention — the stone you actually came for. Amethyst for calm, carnelian for courage, rose quartz for softening, citrine for momentum.
- One neutral — clear quartz, howlite, moonstone. It breaks up the colour and it amplifies whatever it's next to.
Bead size matters more than people expect. Mixing 6mm and 10mm reads as deliberate; mixing 8mm and 10mm reads as a mistake. Either match them or make the difference obvious.
Four stacks that already work
If you'd rather not assemble it yourself, the ready-made stacks here are built to the structure above — grounding, receiving, confidence and calm. Each is three bracelets that were chosen together rather than three bracelets that happened to be in stock. The build-your-own guide walks through doing it from scratch if you want a stack nobody else has.
What you're buying
Genuine gemstone beads on stretch cord, sized to fit most wrists. Where a stone is dyed, treated or reconstituted, the listing says so — dyed howlite sold as turquoise and dyed magnesite sold as lapis are everywhere in the bead trade, and we name ours correctly even when the honest name is duller.
Stretch cord is the part that eventually goes. Roll a bracelet on rather than stretching it over your knuckles and it lasts several times longer. Keep porous stones — turquoise, howlite, lapis — out of perfume and lotion. Our crystal care guide covers cleaning beads without wrecking the cord.

Common questions
Which wrist should I wear my crystal bracelet on?
Left to receive, right to give. If you want a stone's quality to come in, wear it left; if you want to put it out, wear it right.
How many bracelets should be in a stack?
Three. Two reads as accidental, four tends to ride up your forearm. One grounding stone, one intention stone, one neutral.
How does the buy 2, get 1 free offer work?
Add three eligible bracelets to your cart and the lowest-priced one comes off automatically at checkout. No code to remember.
Can I wear crystal bracelets in the shower?
Better not to. Water and soap degrade stretch cord and porous stones like turquoise and howlite absorb whatever is in the water.
Will the elastic break?
Eventually, on any stretch bracelet. Roll it on over your hand instead of pulling it wide and you'll get years rather than months.
Are the stones genuine?
Yes, and where one is dyed or treated the listing names it. Dyed howlite and magnesite are sold as turquoise and lapis throughout the bead trade — we label ours honestly.
