Gifts ordered from October 7 can be returned or exchanged until January 14, 2027 — or 45 days from delivery, whichever is later. Same conditions as always: unworn, with packaging. Final sale items are excluded.

Local? Choose pickup by appointment at checkout. I'll send pickup details privately once your order is confirmed.

If it's not the right fit, you have 45 days from delivery to return or exchange it. Holiday orders placed from October 7 get extra time — until January 14, 2027.

How to start a return
- Email me at andrea@mysticsouljewelry.com with your order number, the item(s), and why it didn't work (optional, but it helps me get better).
- I'll reply with next steps.
- Send it back. Return shipping is paid by you — I recommend a trackable method.
- Get your refund within 5–7 business days after your return arrives and I've checked it.
Original shipping fees aren't refundable.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Email me within 7 days of delivery and I'll make it right. A quick photo helps me sort it fast.
