Questions people have already asked
Do I need an app or login?
No. The Circle lives inside your email and your order history — both things you already have. No app, no extra login, no punch card in your wallet. Simple on purpose.
How is this different from other rewards programs?
Most loyalty programs reward spending. The Circle rewards showing up. There are no points to track, no tiers to game, no expiry on what you've earned. Once you're in a phase, you stay there — whether you order monthly or once every three years.
Do my past orders count?
Yes. If you've ordered from Mystic Soul Jewelry before — or any earlier version of the brand, including Jewelry by Andrea or Andrea Kelly Designs — your history comes with you. Many of you are already in The Inner Circle or The Coven on day one.
How will I know what phase I'm in?
I'll email you. As The Circle opens I'm personally welcoming customers I know into their phase. If yours hasn't landed yet, reply with a quick hello and I'll find you.
How does the personal chakra reading work?
When you cross into The Inner Circle ($250 lifetime), I send you a one-time personal chakra reading — written by me, specific to you, not a template.
Does The Circle stack with sales and the Birthday Club?
Yes. Inner Circle free shipping works on sale items. Your Birthday Club gift arrives on top of your phase perks. They're meant to run alongside each other.
What if I don't order for a long time?
Nothing changes. Your phase doesn't reset. No decay, no expiration. Once you're in The Inner Circle, you stay there — whether you order every month or every three years.
Is this worth it if I only buy occasionally?
Yes. The Moon Circle is free, and the 15% off welcome code alone usually covers it. The early-access emails are worth being in for too — you'll see new pieces before everyone else.
Is The Circle available outside Canada?
Yes. The Circle works globally. Free shipping at The Inner Circle tier applies to every country I ship to.
Does returning an item affect my phase?
Returns are subtracted from your lifetime total — but this has never once knocked someone out of a phase they truly earned.
Can I gift The Circle to a friend?
Indirectly — yes. Gift them a piece, and if they create their own account at checkout, that order moves them into The Crescent on their own profile.
