Why the set is the easy gift

Exquisite is the best-selling style in my Glass & Light line, and it's the one I recommend when someone tells me they have no idea what to buy. A matching necklace and earrings in one colour removes every decision except the colour, and the colour is the part the recipient will actually have an opinion about.

It also solves the sizing problem. Nothing here needs to fit — no ring size to guess wrong, no bracelet that arrives too tight.

Choosing the colour

The simplest route is her birth month, because it gives the gift a reason without you having to explain one:

• Amethyst purple — February
• Aqua — March
• Emerald green — May
• Red — July
• Black and dusk grey — no month, goes with everything she owns

Wear it as a set, or don't

Plenty of people split them — the earrings on their own during the week, the necklace with something else entirely. The set exists to make the buying easy, not to obligate anyone to wear both at once.

The teardrop cut is the flagship shape here: large enough to catch light across a room, light enough to wear all evening because glass weighs less than stone at the same size.

What you're buying

Faceted glass cut to throw light like a gemstone, in gold or silver plated settings over a nickel-free base metal. Not solid precious metal, and not priced as though it were. Designed and assembled by me in Calgary.
