What Is the Birthstone for July?

What Colour Is the July Birthstone?

Red, from pinkish to purplish to the deep blood red the trade calls "pigeon's blood." The colour comes from chromium. Without it, the same mineral would be a sapphire.

Why One Ruby Costs More Than Another
