We want you to absolutely adore your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied:
- You have 45 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.
💎 Return & Exchange Policy
Eligible Returns:
- Full-priced items are eligible for return or exchange within 45 days.
- Custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return:
- Contact us at andrea@mysticsouljewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — we can’t process a refund for a parcel that doesn’t arrive.
- Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

- Free Shipping: Orders over $75 CAD (Canada), $85 USD (USA), and $95 USD (International) qualify for free shipping.
- Canada: Economy untracked $4.95 (5–8 business days) · Standard tracked $12.00 (1–2 business days)
- United States: Tracked shipping, duties prepaid (5–8 business days)
- International: Tracked shipping $14.95 (5–8 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs, duties or tariff charges.
- Local Pickup: Free for Calgary customers, by appointment — we’re an online store in SE Calgary (T2J), not a retail storefront. Choose local pickup at checkout and we’ll email you to arrange a time.
