Why It Is Called Exquisite
The frame. Not a plain bezel — a textured rope edge worked all the way around the teardrop, so the metal catches light alongside the glass. Gold plating against pale gold glass is the closest this collection comes to a monochrome piece, and the texture is what keeps it from going flat. In silver the same bead turns crisp and unexpected, like a bit of sun caught in cold metal.
