This is lab-grown gold rutilated quartz. Real quartz, real rutile, grown in a lab instead of mined. I choose it deliberately — the golden threading comes in brighter and more consistent than mined rough gives at this size, and the price stays fair. I'd always rather tell you than let you assume.
