Rutilated quartz is the hardest thing I sell to match: the rutile is the whole point, and no two stones thread the same way. Buy the pieces separately months apart and one may run dense with needles while the other is nearly clear. In the set the stones are chosen side by side so the threading and the blush agree. Hand-assembled by me in Calgary.
