Last week, a customer named Lynette sent me a message that started with these words: "Remember me! It's been years!"

Why a circle, and not points

Points systems have a small, strange side effect: they make you count. (And if you know me, I hate math. 😂) They turn every purchase into a little transaction and a little less like the thing it actually was — a moment where something called to you and you said yes.
