What They Carry

Length changes what a colour can do. Over three inches the green catches light at four or five different angles at once, so it never looks flat the way a single small stone can. The stone is Tropical Aura — my seafoam colour finish on hydro quartz, which is lab-grown, and I put that in writing rather than leaving it to the fine print. It is not natural aura quartz; that one lives elsewhere in the shop. Here is how lab-grown stones are made.
