The fine print, in plain language. I keep this page current for whatever giveaway is running — so you always know exactly what you entered.

• Entries close: August 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time
• Winner drawn: August 6, 2026 — I'll DM you myself from @mysticsouljewelry
• Open to: Canada and the USA

USA friends: duties have to be paid up front, and your store credit can go toward them.

How to Enter

You can enter on both Instagram and Facebook. Entering in both places is welcome — it's two chances, not a duplicate.

Entry notes

• One comment = one entry per platform, unless the post says otherwise.
• Duplicate comments, bot activity, and coordinated tag-swapping between accounts are disqualified.
• No purchase necessary.

Who Can Enter

• Open to residents of Canada and the USA, unless a specific giveaway post says otherwise.
• You must be 18 or older.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• Not eligible: anyone who works with Mystic Soul Jewelry in a business capacity — collaborators, guest contributors, stocked artists, and their immediate households. I'd rather run a contest my own friends can't win than one you can't trust.

How the Winner Is Chosen

• Drawn at random from all eligible entries across both platforms.
• Announced on the date listed above, from @mysticsouljewelry and the Mystic Soul Jewelry Facebook page only.
• I contact the winner directly by DM from the official account.
• If I don't hear back within 7 days, I draw again.

The Prize

• $100 CAD store credit, sent as a single-use code.
• Good on any in-stock item at Mystic Soul Jewelry.
• No cash value. Not transferable. No substitutions.
• Shipping, duties, and applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility unless the giveaway post says otherwise.

Scam Protection — Please Read

Giveaway impersonation is common, and I'd rather over-explain than have you lose money.

• I will never ask you to pay anything to claim a prize.
• I will never ask for credit card or banking details in a DM.
• Only messages from the official @mysticsouljewelry Instagram account or the Mystic Soul Jewelry Facebook page are real. Anything else is a fake.
• If a message looks off, screenshot it and send it to me. I'd rather check twice.

Privacy

If you win, I may share your first name or initial and your platform handle in the announcement. That's it. I don't sell your information, ever.
