Lapis Lazuli Bracelet | Adjustable Cord | Third Eye + Throat Chakra | Truth Stone
Lapis Lazuli Bracelet | Adjustable Cord | Third Eye + Throat Chakra | Truth Stone
For the email you've reread four times and haven't sent. For the gut feeling you know is right but can't yet explain. For the moment you need to say the true thing — and you want to say it calmly, not loudly.
Lapis is the stone I put on when I already know what I think, but I want a little backup saying it out loud. That deep, unmistakable blue has been worn by people doing hard intellectual and spiritual work for about six thousand years — and once you live in it for a week, you understand why.
What it carries
🔷 Lapis Lazuli — the oldest blue. One of the most prized stones in human history. It lined the tombs of Egyptian pharaohs, was ground into pigment for Renaissance masterpieces, and has been worn as a symbol of wisdom, truth, and sovereignty across more cultures than almost any other stone. A touchstone for intuition, clear thinking, and the kind of quiet authority that doesn't need to raise its voice.
👁️ Primary: Third Eye Chakra. Lapis is first and foremost a Third Eye stone — the energy centre associated with intuition, inner vision, and discernment. A daily cue to trust what you already sense before the logic catches up, and to tell the difference between knowing something and guessing at it.
🔵 Secondary: Throat Chakra. Lapis also supports the Throat — the centre associated with honest communication and aligned voice. The combination is what makes it so useful for leaders, creatives, teachers, and anyone doing work that asks them to know something first and then say it clearly. Intuition up top. Voice in the middle. Both working together.
💙 A September stone. Alongside sapphire, lapis lazuli is one of September's deep-blue birthstones — which makes this bracelet a meaningful, giftable choice for a September birthday. More on both stones in the September Birthstone Guide.

Wear it your way
Wear it solo as your everyday intuitive anchor, or stack it with a Clear Quartz bracelet to amplify the clarity. For the full voice-and-vision combination, layer it with a throat chakra piece and let both centres work together.
It's my go-to before a presentation, an interview, a board meeting, or any conversation where I want to sound like myself — steady, clear, and not apologizing for knowing what I know.
Care
Cord is water-resistant; rinse and let air-dry if it gets wet. Avoid lotions and perfume directly on the stone. Store dry to preserve the cord and the polish on the beads.

Crystal Care Guide
This is the keep-it-lasting guide — the small habits and smart storage that keep your pieces looking new. For deep-cleaning steps by metal and stone, that's the full cleaning guide.

The one daily habit
Last on, first off. Jewelry goes on after your lotion, perfume, and hairspray — and comes off before you shower, swim, sleep, or clean. That single habit prevents most wear before it starts.
How to store it (where most damage is actually prevented)
- Sterling silver: airtight — a zip bag or a box with an anti-tarnish strip. Air is what darkens it.
- Gold-plated & faceted glass: a soft pouch each, stored separately so harder pieces don't scratch the finish.
- Pearls: laid flat, never hung — the silk thread stretches over time.
- Necklaces: hung or laid flat so chains don't knot.
- The rule for everything: dry, and apart.
Traveling with jewelry
Give each piece its own pouch, thread delicate necklaces through a small bag or straw so they can't tangle, and keep studs in a hard case so nothing bends. A tangle-free arrival is worth the two extra minutes.
When to bring a piece in
Care includes knowing when something needs a little help: restring a bracelet that's gone stretchy, have a loose clasp checked before you lose the piece, and refresh heavily-worn gold plating over time. A well-kept piece is one you'll pass down.
Care at a glance
- Silver — wipe after wear, store airtight
- Gold-plated — soft cloth only, no scrubs
- Gemstones — keep porous stones (turquoise, opal, moonstone, pearl) dry
- Stainless steel — easiest of all: soap, water, dry
