Little green ovals that move when you do — my Tropical Aura stone in the easiest earring I make. Small enough for every day, glowy enough that someone always notices.

What They Carry

🌊 The Green I Reach For Most

A small stone has nowhere to hide. In an oval this size, a muddy green would announce itself immediately — which is why I keep coming back to this one. Tropical Aura is my name for the seafoam green I have finished onto hydro quartz, and hydro quartz is lab-grown. I say that plainly rather than let you assume otherwise. It is not natural aura quartz, which I also carry and which is a different stone entirely. If lab-grown is a new idea, here is what actually happens in that lab.

Why You'll Love Them

  • Small, not shy: the colour still reads clearly at this scale.
  • The three-days-running pair: light enough you forget them.
  • Just enough swing: the oval catches light as you turn.
  • Hook or leverback: choose your earwire at checkout.
  • Colour without commitment: an easy first green.

Wear Them Your Way

Denim and a white shirt on a Tuesday. Linen and bare shoulders in July. These never need a plan — you put them in on the way out the door and they finish whatever you were already wearing.

Pair It + Care

Care: The colour finish and the gold plating dislike the same three things — water, lotion, perfume. On last, off first, stored dry. A soft cloth brings the shine back. Full routine in my jewelry care guide.

"The small things I wear every day can still mean something."
